Satisfaction Guarantee. If, at any point, you are not satisfied with my efforts, you can cancel your listing. With me you will not be locked into a lengthy listing agreement.

Complimentary Staging Services. Staging makes your home more attractive to buyers and gives your home an edge over the competition. It often results in a faster sale for a higher price.

Marketing Program. Putting your listing in the multiple listing services is simply not enough, although it's the only thing some Realtors do. With my program it's merely the first step in my 20-step marketing system.

Exclusive Representation Guarantee. I will never seek to represent both buyer and seller at the same time. Some agents welcome "dual agency" transactions, which usually earn them a double commission. For me it's never about the money. Commissions take a backseat to my integrity and my clients' best interest.
